If somehow the lifeboat connector cap is not functional, you will get the flashing folder with question mark. Remove the lifeboat connector cap and examine it. Make sure there is no corrosion and clean it if necessary. All the pins of the lifeboat connector and the cap should be free of corrosion or dust.
